What this website collects
The current Syrava company website does not create accounts, use advertising cookies, run behavioral analytics, or collect product content. It serves static pages through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard network and security information such as IP address, request metadata, and threat signals to deliver and protect the site.
Contact information
When you contact hello@syrava.com or support@syrava.com, your email provider and our forwarding provider process the message so it can be delivered. We use contact messages only to respond, provide support, evaluate partnerships, or continue the conversation you requested.
Cookies and local storage
The current marketing site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may cache site files, including the favicon and styles, for performance.
Product-specific privacy
Syrava products are independent applications with different permissions and storage models. Before public release, each product receives a separate privacy policy describing what it accesses, stores, transmits, shares, retains, and deletes. Do not assume this company-site policy applies to an app.
Retention and deletion
We retain direct correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, support, records, security, or legal obligations. You may ask us to delete a message thread by emailing hello@syrava.com, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Children
This company website is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly solicit personal data from them.
