The first product principle
Privacy starts in the design.
Before a product asks for information, I want to know what it needs, what can stay on a person’s device, and what should never be collected in the first place.
The answer changes by product. So do the boundaries. I document them in context instead of making one sweeping promise for every idea in the studio.

AI gives me more room to make.
It doesn’t decide what matters.
I used to have more ideas for apps and books than time or resources. AI has changed what I can make room for. I can move from a question to a prototype, learn from it, and keep shaping the things that might help someone. I still have to listen, test, and earn trust.
